You took unpaid vacation? Technically one should be able to prove valid status for time period spent in US so I don't see it is a major problem.

No it was paid vacation and I got paid for March also, but payroll run in April only and got paid for both the months.

I am transferring my H1 from Company A to B.

My payroll in company A was not processed for the month of March' 15, as I went to India for vacation in the month of Feb' 15 and after returning back I forgot to filled up leave end form. But now in April' 15 it got processed and I paid for both March and April.

So, I have pay-slips up to Feb' 15 and then April' 15 (Include March payroll also), but don't have March'15 pay slip.

Will it be a problem for H1 transfer?
