H1B visa expired without travelling to USA
Hi,
My H1B visa expired without travelling to USA in 2011 ( Issue Date - 23Mar2009 Expiration date - 23Sep2011).
Is there a way to get the expired visa renewed in India through new employer or not valid?
If yes, how?
If No, what are the other options?
My H1B petition was valid till 23rd Sep 2011
