Is it fine if we register our marriage and get license before her H1 transfer?

I have a small query and I would highly appreciate if you could guide me.
My fiance is now working for company A and she is about to transfer her H1 to another company in another state.

I am currently on STEM OPT.
She was single when her employer filed for her H1 last year.

We wish to get married now.
My question is how does the H1 transfer work after her marital status changes to married?

Is it fine if we register our marriage and get license before her H1 transfer?

We want to ensure that she has a smooth H1 transfer.

Marriage typically does not impact a H1 transfer, only thing I can think of is the name change, if you/she insist on changing name immediately post marriage then it can take longer.

My company has applied for my H1 in premium processing and my application is pending.

My STEM ends on June 17.
In case I need to apply for H4, do I have to do it before my OPT ends?

We do not plan to change any names after marriage.
Also, Can I apply for H4 after the H1 transfer is filed?
