I am planning to bring my Wife to US on H4 visa, I recently changed my employer and got I 797 from new employer, but in my passport Visa is stamped till sept 2015 and it was with old employer, I haven’t done a new stamping with the new employer. Will this be an issue for my wife for her H4 visa, should my passport be also stamped with new employer, Is the new I797 only needed for her visa stamping.
