Hi,
My current i94 (H1b Visa) will be expired on 30, sep, 2015. I've planned to go for a vacation end of this month and will be back mid of June, 2015. I need to go for stamping. Could you please clarifies below queries.
1) Since I have less than 4 months, will there be any issue in stamping?
2) Can I submit for an extension and travel to India or I have to submit my extension once i come from India?
