Can I get first time H1B visa stamping in australia?

I completed my masters program from US last year and received my H1B receipt this April (I am currently working in US on OPT).I am planning to visit Australia in december,
Would I have to go to India for the stamping? or
Can I get it done in Austalia/Canada? (This is my first time getting H1B Stamping)
