H1 B petiton revoked and cap exempt

Hi All,

I went for visa stamping and received 221g administrative processing .My petitioner has lost all the projects and status of my visa shows "Revocation notice was sent" on March 10 2015.

Currently I am working for a different employer.I have a eac number and petition copy (1797) with me. Can the new employer process my visa under cap exempt ?

If petition itself revoked by USCIS, you can no longer be considered cap exempt.
