Switching company after H1 cap lottery results

Dear members,
My current Indian IT employer has filed H1 cap petition for me this year and it has been selected in lottery.After I got the results on May 2015,no further process has been taken up.In this scenario,can I switch my job to another Indian IT employer?Whether my H1 petition can be transferred and still is it possible to go ahead for stamping this year ? Whether my current IT employer can reject the H1 petition ?

Kindly advice on this question...I have so much trouble in my current company.But I am locked here since my H1B got selected in lottery...
I am not sure whether I can switch company at this stage ..Please let me know..

It used to be an option, but USCIS off late has started issuing RFE for "transfer petition" if original petition has not yet been utilized. It might just be a good idea to hang in there, get h1 stamping done and possibly travel through existing employer and only then think about a change.
