H1B Transfer to multiple companies

Hi All,

I am working for a company A, and have started the process of H1 Transfer with company B under premium processing. Meanwhile, I have got another offer from company C and I am more inclined on working with C rather than B. Is it possible to just reject the offer from B (I am fine with losing the premium fees I had paid) and start the process with C ? Will there be any complications with that since I wont be having the new I797 forms from B but only from company A ?

Please advise me on the situation.

Yes, its possible. You can just inform company B that you cannot join them(even if they have sponsored your visa)
