Hi,
I have a query, i was with company A holding my H1b visa and working for client B and later client B offered me a job(fulltime) on its payroll and started the H1b transfer.
So for a 1 week i was working for both the company A and client B(which is my employer now), as client B already started my H1b transfer and got the reciept number and compnay A was still holding my H1b petition, so my question is,
Is it legal to do the job for 1 week in two companys and getting the salary from both as company A has my approved petition and company B filed the transfer and got the reciept number.
As after 1 week i joined the company B and resigned and servered my notice period with comany A for that 1 week.
