I have changed Employer in Dec-14 and the employer then gave me offer letter for X amount and did the transfer to in-house project and the petition got approved.When i got the project LCA has been Amended and i started working at client location but the pay i get is less as the billing is low.Now when we apply for the Amendment do we need to provide the initial Offer letter or the new pay scale offer letter that i have been recieving.
Also my initial petition has Title "Computer Programmer" but the current Client letter which i get from client will have role as "OraCle Application Developer".
Does that cause any issue when we apply?
