H1 visa with 3 years Bachelors

Is H1 difficult to get if I have a 3 years bachelors from India and a 2 years masters in Art therapy from USA?

Depending on the job requirement, your education need to be equivalent to a U.S bachelors / masters degree. You can try and get your foreign education evaluated by an accredited education institution to determine whether your degree is equivalent to the U.S bachelors/masters degree.
