H1B Stamping in India - DS-160 Question

Hello there, I am in the process of getting my interview scheduled. I logged into the electronic website from CGIfederal for starting the application for scheduling the interview. I am seeing that all the data is pre-populated, likely because I had used this website before for my J1 visa. But, I also see that the the DS-160 application confirmation number is populating on its own too. Can I use that number? I had used it for my J1 visa in past. Can I still use it for my H1B visa too? Or do I need to fill another DS-160?
Please advise.
