H1B Visa RFE Help

Hi

I have received RFE om 11-June 2015.
I have to provide SoW and Offer letter of current India employer.

There is minor mismatch in my father's name in offer letter and my passport.
offer letter has Anand Kamleshbhai Dave and passport has Anand Kamleshkumar Dave.
Surname is proper in both documents . Will this create any problem in my RFE ?

Please help!!

You can ask your employer to give an employment verification letter with the name matching your passport and submit that along with the other documents for RFE.
