H1B Amendment Case

My H1B is with Employer A at Location A and Customer A
But recently moved to new Location B and new Customer B
and have two Vendors(A and B) in between with this new Customer B, but my employer is still the same

While filing the Amendment which address should i fill, is it my Actual Work location or the address of the vendor with whom my contract is.
