I got the H1B visa in year 2008. Worked in US for 8 months and returned to India in 2009. My H1B petition expired in 2011.
Right now I am in India. Now I again want to apply for H1B through some consultant.
Query: Can my old visa be transferred ? If so please explain briefly. Also will I be exempted from the h1b cap? If yes than for how many years I can get h1b?
