Hi,my h1b stamping was done in sep2008.but I never travelled to U.S .it expired in 2014 coz of 6 yr limit.so do I need to apply h1b as a new applicant or can any company other than the company under which my petition was filed,apply my h1b under petition exempt from cap?i heard that there is a 3yr grace period for the petition.Is that correct ?thanks and any help is appreciated .
