I got a question while I was filling the DS 160 form for H1b

Are you a former exchange visitor (J) who has not yet fulfilled the two-year foreign residence requirement?

I filled the waiver for 212e and it get approved by USCIS. so what is appropriate answer for me.
Yes (Explain) or No.
