H1 transfer on the dot
Hello!
I'm on H1b starting from 10/1/2014. I got a new job. They asked me to join on July 20th. I gave my resignation to my current employer with July 17th as last working day.
H1b application got delayed and they applied for LCA today. So I will be out of status for couple of days or maybe a week.
Can someone share previous experience with similar situation would be great.
