H1B Approved but Visa Stamping not yet done!

Hello all,

I got my H1B Approved last year and I am still waiting to get my visa stamping done. My employer is not supporting well and time is really running out. My employer says, attend interviews from India, get the job in order to obtain the client letter and then go to visa stamping. Is this really possible?
Which client has time to call the candidate who is in India, give a job and mail the client letter, etc...and wait for the person to arrive US? Is there any other alternative?

The alternative is to find a better employer. Your H1B sponsor seems like a consultancy firm. If you attend the visa interview for a consultancy firm without the client letter, the chances of visa rejection is high. The best option is to try and find another sponsor who really does have a job and transfer your H1B to that employer. Once the transfer is approved, you can attend the visa interview using the new employer's approval notice. If the visa gets approved, you can travel to work for that employer.
