Hi,
My son's date of birth is 01/25/1996, I am in EB2, PD 11/11/2011, and he is in H4. I think he will be aged out. Now he is studying BS, completed freshmen year. My question is
1) up to what date he can avail H4 status?
2) He wants to continue his studies. If he want to apply for F1 when he should start processing.
3) Will he face any problem for the adjustment of status?
Please help.
