Employer not received rfe documents even after 30 days of RFE

My employer informed me that my case status got updated to RFE on June 15th. It has been more then 30 days and they have not received my RFE documents till now. My question is can my employer call USCIS and request for duplicate RFE documents. If yes can my employer request for a Fax or Soft Copy. The case is in normal processing as of now, and employer will convert it to premium when replying for RFE.

It is more than a month and you should have received the RFE documents by now. Your employer / attorney can sure contact USCIS to check the status of the RFE.
