h1 transfer and h4 status

I am a h1 holder. I have transfered from company A to company B. I have a visa stamped from company A which expries sep 2007. My wife has her h4 visa stampled with company A expring sep 2007. Do I and my wife need to get a new visa stamped with company B name even before the visa expiry if I visit my home country, or the valid h1b approval from company b is sufficient to reenter US.

re stamping

I came back with my valid visa from previous emplyer and current I797 with out the need for restamping.

i do not know how it works for H4. may be she can come back fine(i guess)
