H4-First Time US travel

I have H1 for company A
My wife has her H4 stamped based on my H1 for Company A
She has still not traveled to US yet.

If I transfer my H1 to company B

would she be able to enter to US on her current H4
or she need to get her H4 re-stampped
?

She need not go for restamping as long as H4 is valid, even with Company A's name on it. If you are going to be working for B when she is entering US, then you do need to ensure is that she has a copy of your approved petition with B in her hand while she is at the Port of Entry.
