Expired / Unused H1B visa

Dear all

I had my H1B Visa stamped on my passport on December 2012 and it was valid till Sep 2013. Due to project allocations i didnt go to US using the same and moved to other country for work.

Now If any other company based in US want to offer a Job , can this visa can be reused / can get cap exempt if there is a need for new petition? Please help

They may be able to do a cap-exempt petition. There have been some recent policy changes, so we cannot say for sure.
