Query regarding H1B extension

Hi All,

My H1B is going to get expire on 31st Dec,2015.

Extension has been filed on 7th Aug,2015.

I am planning to visit India from 18th Nov to 11th Dec.

can I travel, if I don't get extension approved?

If you travel while your extension is pending, your EOS might get denied and H1B might get approved for consular process. If you had to travel, then it is advisable to return back only after receiving the approval notice.
