Form I-539 filling help
Hi, I am on H1-B visa and filling I-539 to change status to L2. Need some help about filling the I-539 application.
1. Where to i need to enter details for my spouse visa and I94/passport. He is on L1 and i am looking for transfer of status to L2 based on his L1. So i assume somewhere in the form i need to put in his details.
2. Based on my case what should i put in 2a and 2b.
3. What address should i send the form to?
4. Can i pay by attaching personal signed check for fee amount along with application.
5. I am planning to file application for EAD along with I-539. Where do i send the applications to. Do they both go in same envelop at same address? do i pay for both application by single personal check?
