Hello everyone, My OPT started on Oct 1, 2005. I want to travel to india in Aug 2006. Should I travel during my OPT, or should I apply for H1. Also since this year's quota is over, I have to apply in 2006 quota. So if I apply for H1 will I be able to get it stamped in Canada or Mexico before August 2006. Thanks a lot in advance.
