H1B Visa Stamping on approved visa and NOIR(old petition) is response received status

I have a query. I will be traveling to India for 3 weeks in Oct, 2015. My current petition(H1b extension) is approved and valid till Aug, 2016. On one of my previous approved petition, my employer has received a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR). My employer has responded to it few weeks back and the current status is showing as response received.
In this case, Can I travel to India and go for Visa stamping? Will there be any issues? Would be of great help if someone can help me in this regard.

What do you mean by one of your previous approved H1B petition. Are you saying your most recent H1B approval notice has received an NOIR from USCIS? Why will USCIS send an NOIR for a petition that is no longer valid. Or is that petition filed by a different employer with whom you are no longer working?
