H1B visa stamping

Hi All,

I am currently working in US under F1-OPT. I got my H1B visa approved in May 2015. I have received the notice. I am planning to travel to India to get my visa stamping done in November.

While filling my details for scheduling the visa appointment, I was asked to enter Start date and Expiration date under "Petitioner" section. Can anybody help me form where I can get these details?

That will be present in the H1B approval notice (I-797). Did you get that from your employer?
