Hi,
I have completed 5 years on my H1 visa. My current visa will expire on Feb 4th 2016. I have stayed total of 5 years and 1 month in US. My employer is ready to go for EB3. Currently I came to India for some personal matter. I have completed 9 years of total experience with the same company. Am I eligible for EB2? What will be the best way to move forward so I can continue to stay in US.
