Need info on H4 interview for below 14 years.

Hi Experts,

I am planning to attend the interview this month for H1B along with my family members.

Here is my situation.

1. One of my children is MR (Mentally Retarted) child who is an eight years old. My child can not be calm for more than 10 min and after that making noises with humming etc. so it will be disturbance to others in the consulate.
2. Another child has 13 years 9 months old.

I would like to know, Do I need to attend the H1B along with my family or what are the other ways?

Could you please advice me how to plan for H1B and H4 interviews.

There is a visa waiver program for children under 14 years of age. Check the below link to figure out of your children qualify for that.

I would suggest that you and your spouse attend the H1B/H4 visa interview together first. Then fill a new DS160 for your children and apply through visa waiver program.
