  • No H1B stamping as my I-797 got expired....What next?

    Hello friends,

In 2013 my previous employer filed for my H1B visa, i had visa interview in Jan 2013 and got 221g form. I had to wait for 6 months and then by the time i got approval my I-797 got expired.
Also due to family conditions did not proceed with the new I-797 form and i left the company also.

    My question is.....

    1. Can i apply for stamping again if i have new I-797 form?
    1. How to get new I-797 form? Any consultancies?
    2. Am i applicable for CAP exemption.

    Thanks
