Can H4 stay in US while H1 holder (No stamping) leaves country for 3 weeks

I'm on my H1 visa but I don't have H1 visa stamping on my passport. I'm going to India for 3 weeks and I'll also go for stamping in India. Can my wife stay in US when I travel to India.

So long as your wife's status is valid, she can stay in the US. If she has an approved H4 status based on your approved i797, there will be no issues.
