Employment gap for h1b renewal

Hi

I got h1b in 2013 and i went to usa for 2 months and worked there and came back. I didnot work for an year in india due to personal reasons. Then, since 4 months, I have been working again. My h1b got expired. Now, I want to renew it with a new employer. Is the 1 year gap in my employment a problem for renewing(transferring) my H1b? Thanks for the answer in advance.
