Got Visa appointment date but H1 petition number got changed.

I have already taken H1 visa appointment date with Delhi US consulate. But after that I got my H1 amendment and got new petition number. Now how to update the new petition number on Visa appointment site.

Do I need to fill new DS-160 from? Do I need to take new appointment? Or it is possible to update the detail (new petition number) in existing appointment.

Fill a new DS160 and take it with you when you go for finger printing (OFC) and they can update your information there.
