My nomination for H1B has been selected in the lottery and I also further came to know from my employer that my petition has been accepted by USCIS. Currently am waiting for USCIS approval.
Can any of you please let me know, latest by what date my petition would get approved and what are the chances of approval/denial. I don't have the USCIS receipt number. Also, is there any way, I can get the receipt number other than from my employer? My H1B cap petition was filed with USCIS on 23rd April 2015. The receipt number was updated in USCIS website on 20th May 2015.
