documents required at port of entry while travelling to usa for second time on h4 vis

i need info regarding h4 immigration rules
i came to usa in january on h4 and was back to india in the month of june
so i am planning to come back to usa
can i know what documents would be asked at the port of entry?
i only have my passport with valid visa
i dont have any other documents like i 797 etc
can i travel back to usa with valid visa in my passport?
is i-797 compulsory?
what if i couldnt carry my husband's I797?
what will be my situation at port of entry if i couldnt submit my husband's i -797?
would it be a problem?
will they send me back to india if i dont carry my husband's i-797?
