IRS last name change "In Process". And H1B Extension got in "Security check"

Hello All,

I have filed my H1B extension september,2015 along with H4 extension (my spouse) based on her after marriage name ("XYZ"). And I have "security check" during my Premium Processing H1B Extension.
My wife has ITIN (last year we applied). But this ITIN is on her before marriage name ("ABC").

In August,2015 we have already sent name change request form and supporting documents to IRS. And still we have not received name change confirmation from IRS.
Now I am wondering, could it be a reason of "Security check" for h1b extension as my wife last name change is in process with IRS.

Note :: Currently she has new passport with after marriage name ("XYZ"). This was used in form i539 for extension of stay.

Any help would be appreciated.
