EB2 classfication requirements

My case :

Education : 4 years bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from India.
Experience : 9 years of IT experience.

Proposed Job : BS+5 years / MS.

Question : If i take up this job, would my Bachelor degree in mechanical disqualify me from EB2 category.
