H1B approved H4 processing urgent please help

Hi All
I have H4 visa till Sept 30 2015. I have applied H1B this year. I got RFE on my H1B.
So we have applied my spouse H1B extension along with mine and my sons H4 extension (in single application). Now I got H1B approval on Sept 28.
I would like to cancel my H4 extension alone (not for my son). Please help me how to proceed further.

You can send a letter to the USCIS center that is processing your case by attaching a copy of the receipt notice and an explanation mentioning that you have your H1B approved and will like to withdraw the H4 extension. If USCIS hasn't started processing your case, they will stop further processing. Alternatively, try to get an infopass appointment with USCIS and see if they can help withdrawing the petition.
