Hi,
My new employer has applied for my H1 transfer in premium and I have the receipt notice.
Two days back, I got a mail on RFE. (Today is Saturday)
Sending RFE documents to USCIS may take couple more days
My employer says that I can join them while this process is in progress.
Now, I have two questions.
1. Could I join the new employer now or should I wait for the RFE documents to be dispatched and then only join?
My last day in my current organisation is Monday and the RFE documents are expected to be dispatched on Tuesday.
Tuesday is the joining date with my new organisation
2. Tuesday, I am travelling to the new location and I would be joining the client and the project only on Wednesday,
But, my new employer says that I can put Tuesday or Wednesday as joining date in I9 and that using any one of these days as the joining date would not be an issue.
My employer is in a different location and I am not going to go to the employer location at all.
I am going to go directly to the client location only to join the new project.
Please advise!
