  • Changing to Premium after H1B RFE

    Hi, please help

Employer applied H1B in April under regular processing (New application, India)

Got RFE on July 21, 2015. Now i want to file it under premium as i have noticed and heard that it will take atleast 3-4 months for a response from USCIS.

Is it a good idea to opt for premium after RFE? Or is it risky or raise any negetive concerns from USCIS about my H1B?

    Thanks in Advance.

I did the same last year and got my case approved. I dont't see any harm changing to premium provided that your response to RFE is all correct.
This is just my opinion, not a legal advice.
