H1B stamping is over. Can I travel from India

Hi,

I am currently working in Belgium. I got a new job from US and our(Me(H1B) and my wife's(H4)) stamping is completed in brussels. Can we travel to US from any country? or first only through Belgium. We want to go to India and travel from there to US. Will there be any complications.
