I am planning to attend H1B stamping in Chennai consulate on OCT 30.
Here is my situation: My OPT extension was rejected in Dec 2012 and SEVIS marked as completed due to lack of documentation submitted to RFE. After that I reentered USA with new SEVIS and joined college.
In 2013 April I have applied for H1b and got approval for 1 year and in 2014 applied for H1B extension and got approval for 3 years and now I am planning for VISA stamping in Chennai consulate.
here is my question: Does VO check or come to know that my SEVIS has been completed due to opt- rejection at the time of H1B stamping? please do let me know what kind of questions I am going to face in interview for this scenario.
