H1 changed employer and H4 has to travel to India with expired visa

Hi,
Below is the case

I came to USA with Company A and transferred to Company B and my visa has expired and my petition also expired.

Now have applied for H1B extension, will get it in 2 weeks.

Now if the H4 travels to India without H1, the H4 has to go for stamping.

Will it be a problem as the H1 applicant has not come and does not have a valid visa for H1.

Please advice..

Not an issue. Your dependents will need your extended petition to get their visas stamped and to show at the POE while they re-enter.
