How long to process H1b transfer to F1?

Currently, I am under H1b status and study at school as part time student. However, I want to quit my job and ask school give me a F1 visa. Does anyone know how long it need to process a from a H1b to F1?

It takes about 3-4 months to get the COS approved. Unfortunately there is no premium process for H4 to F1. Talk to your school's DSO and they will sure help with more information.
