I tried searching for my case over here but could not get clear answer on what I was looking for.
So here is my case.
Currently my wife is on H4 and we have applied for COS for H1B this year. Fortunately we got her name in the lottery and her H1B was processed furthur.
But now she has got an RFE, which her employer has already replied to and now we were again waiting for the approval.
My questions is :
1) Can she travel to India on H4 and return back before her H1B gets approved or denied.
2) If she travels to India and in the mean time her H1B gets approved, then will she can still enter into US on H4 or she will have to get her H1B stamped before coming back to US.
3)If she travels to India and in the mean time her H1B gets denied, then will she can still enter into US on H4 .
