H1 Visa stemping

Hi ,

I am working on H1B since 2012 and Visa validity is September 2017 But I changed my company last year . I got the visa from new company but on Visa stamping the still has old company name . I am going to India next month . So, Do I need to go for stamping again ?

As long as the Visa in your passport is valid (not expired), you can use it with another employer's petition. When you return, make sure your I-94 expiry date matches the petition and not the Visa.

Thanks for you reply ... Now we did not get I-94 at the entry in US. We have to get it online . If in worst case it did not match with petition ( march 2017 ) but it match with VISA (September 2017 ). So, what would be the next step for me ?
