Complicated Issue- H1 & H4
Hi All,
I am Writting again for one of my friend here please help him to get out of this dilemma.
Candidate's Background :
------------------------
Graduated in Commerce.
Holds 10 years Multiple entry Business and vistor visa
Have 2 Schengen Visa.
Member of one the most prestigious Technical Team around the world.
Working With a Blue chip company.
Total Work exp 9 years after garduation 6 years.
Scenario :
----------
Applied for h1 through a consultant on 1st week of Aug
Later dates it shows that the payment was recived by USCIS in Late september.
Current Status :
----------------
No information for the case Still the same status.. abt Recived fees on a particular date in sep.
Plan of Action as Adviced by others :
------------------------------------
To go for Premium processing by the next week if no updates.
Complications :
---------------
Now in between all of this from Aug - Jan( it almost feb now) , his wife gets pregnant and as per the availabel dates of Appointment in Chennai and Mumbai are June. Which could be the last month of pregnancy.
Question :

Which is the acutal date USCIS consider Aug or Sep ?
Is this time taken for a decission on a case by USCIS Normal ?
Is there a Valid Approval or Rejection system the USCIS Guys follow for approval or denial of case.?
What are the Chances for him to get a H1 ?
Looking at his wife condition can an emergency appointment availabel ?
Is his wife pregnancy going to be an Obstacle if they apply for H1 and H4 together.

" A child is more imp then a visa " - To be Parents.
" Every person in the world brings his destiny along with him " -Gemeral opinion by friends around.
I am only writting this to understand the complexity and general phsycology of a person ..After all VO is also a human being.
